Our Investment Strategy

SOURCE
We source an investment property in a solid market; typically, a 50+ unit Class B or class C, then make it available for you to invest in as an LP (Limited Partner)
Acquire
At year 1, the General Partnership team (us) invest along with the limited partners (you and other investors) as we pool our funds together to purchase and property.

Reposition
At year 1-2, through raising rents, renovations and streamlining expenses, were able to increase the property's value by 10x!

Refinance
Year 2-3, once the property is stabilized and the rent has increased, we refinance and capture the appreciated value. Then distribute those funds to the investors (you).

Exit
Year 5 or 6, depending on the market, we will sell the property or refi again to return ALL of the investor's initial capital. If it is refinanced, investors maintain the original equity and continue to get income from the cash flow!
